Designed as an introduction for those whose role involves the use of chemicals on site. Builds an awareness of the dangers and hazards surrounding chemicals. Covers chemical coding, identification, safety precautions and emergency procedure.

FOOD SAFETY & HYGIENE
Specifically designed to enable staff to operate safely and hygienically in the food or beverage processing sector. Suitable for those involved in product handling, cleaning or managing hygiene operations / activities. Also suitable for technical managers and those who wish to demonstrate that they have a competent person in charge of their hygiene.

VALID FOR 2 YEARS
CLEAN OUT OF PLACE (COP)
Equips hygiene technicians and operators with the knowledge required to carry out and maintain Out of Place Cleaning to Industry standards. Topics include: stages of cleaning, cleaning methods, equipment verification and validation of cleaning.

CLEAN IN PLACE (CIP)
Designed for Process Control Operatives, their supervisors and managers. This course provides the user with a detailed understanding of the principles and chemistry behind Cleaning In Place, CIP Sets and equipment.
